Our internship locations
Okta's internship program offers fully in-person experiences design to help you learn and grow on-site. We hire intern cohorts across key locations, including San Francisco (headquarters), Chicago, Washington, D.C., Bellevue, Toronto, Dublin, Bangalore, and Sydney.

The program combines professional growth with community building. Support is tailored by role: interns are paired with an experienced, dedicated mentor for 1:1 guidance, while new grads are paired with a peer buddy to help them transition into the company. To foster development, the program features an executive speaker series, volunteer initiatives, and professional workshops. Participants also build a strong network through social events like baseball games, boat cruises, and team tournaments.
Every early career hire is treated as a builder and an owner. Interns do not just assist on projects; they have a real voice, with the agency to pitch, own, and execute their own ideas. Software engineering interns write production code that ships, and business development interns engage directly with customers. Backed by dedicated mentorship, the program ensures early talent does high-impact work that directly shapes the future of the company.
