Data Processing Addendum
Okta updated its Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) following the adoption by the European Commission of the new Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) on June 4, 2021. The SCCs are incorporated by reference into the DPA and their full text is available via the links below. The DPA includes Annexes I and II of the SCCs.
