Bridget Went is a Staff Software Engineer and technical lead of the Performance Team, which focuses on enhancing the resilience, reliability, and efficiency of Okta’s core service. She is passionate about making the tech industry a more inclusive space. She has previously led Women@Okta, Okta’s employee resource group for gender diversity, and is now driving the launch of a group for Women in Technology. She lives in the mountains in California and enjoys spending time outside and traveling to new places.
