We are looking for a NetSuite professional with over 3 years of direct, hands-on NetSuite implementation and advanced SuiteScript experience. You will be working on Improving the efficiency and performance tuning of existing and new suitescripts within Netsuite Platform. This position requires working with many cross functional teams and applications. If you thrive on solving hard and complex problems, then this could be a great fit for you.You will need to be a self-starter, ready to dig in and own projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver quality results. The work is challenging, but you can count on a deep level of support from your team.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to; NetSuite SuiteScript and Customized SuiteScript development, customization of records, fields and forms, as well as building and updating dashboards.
The candidate must also have the functional ability within NetSuite and can do all post go live support and training across the business.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand customer needs and work with the team to design, develop, test, implement & support system solutions
Foster strong relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
Consume and enhance comprehensive documentation of requirements for custom developed solutions providing feedback where applicable
Perform in-depth analysis of Netsuite requirements, ensuring compatibility and adherence to established standards and best practices
Oversee the management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of existing functionality, promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
Take ownership of architectural and technical project documentation, providing clear and detailed documentation of system design, implementation, and configurations

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of robust experience with hands-on development & design experience in NetSuite
Strong functional knowledge of P2P and O2C processes.
Provide leadership and have influence over the design, implementation and support of NetSuite
Experience with RESTlet SuiteScript customizations for application and workflow integration
Working knowledge of SuiteTalk and Suitelet development
Experience with SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework)
Knowledge of SOX Processes and DevOps Best Practices
Experience coaching and developing individuals for increased effectiveness and working with a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts
Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills
