We are looking for a driven, curious, and empathetic product manager to join the team. As a Senior Product Manager for Workflows, you will be responsible for evolving the Builder Experience of the Workflows platform to help customers across a range of technical backgrounds meet complex and forward-looking use cases beyond what Okta does out of the box. Responsibilities

Connect with customers and internal teams and distill down feature asks and pain points to true requirements that deliver broad customer value
Develop roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritize the highest value work first
Build compelling hypotheses and find ways to validate assumptions at low cost
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of Workflow enhancements.
Work with our India-based development team to deliver valuable new Workflow features and product improvements to customers.
Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, and use this information to inform innovation, product decisions and prioritization.
Define and communicate product requirements, including features, user experience, and technical specifications, to engineering teams.
Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products, and work across the business to drive adoption and success
Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated from the competition
Be the subject matter expert for your product area and help enable your counterparts in marketing and technical sales

Required:

4-5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise scale SaaS products or comparable relevant experience.
Experience building or product managing the user experience of a builder for business process management, automation, Workflow, orchestration, integration services, or core software platforms
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience that allows you to rationalize and influence technical design decisions.
Strong communication (presentation, verbal and written) and collaboration skills. You easily work with customers and colleagues across different functions and backgrounds.
Demonstrated business results from products, features or capabilities you have shipped.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You can produce solid action plans from often incomplete, conflicting or ambiguous inputs.
Passion for Okta’s huge opportunity and growth potential, and general thirst for learning with an ability to go broad and deep across business and technical contexts.

Preferred:

Experience with no-code/low code software platforms, product management experience in particular
Experience with no-code/low code integration platforms (eg iPaas)
Experience across the product management lifecycle for enterprise products or services, scale considerations surfaced in the user experience in particular
Familiarity with Identity and Access management protocols and products
Advanced degree in technical or business field
