Auth0’s Enterprise Management team is focused on simplifying the adoption and operation of Auth0 for large-scale enterprise development teams, solving for their identity needs. The Product Manager for Enterprise Management will be responsible for addressing opportunities that are particularly unique for development, administrative, security and operational teams, typically from larger Enterprise organizations, using Auth0. As such we are looking for someone who can lead in planning, partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Architecture for the best solutions to satisfy our customers' needs.
Auth0’s strong ethos of developer centricity and simplicity does not only apply to individual developers but extends to all our customer segments, making it easy for even larger Enterprise customers to adopt and scale their identity solutions with us. The Enterprise Management team develops and evolves key user journeys in such customer segments, from how customers invite and manage their colleagues to securely collaborate in Auth0, to how they control all Auth0 resources.
This key role is also focused on the product management of how Auth0 best utilizes its own features as well as builds net new systems and UX capability to create a best in class SaaS experience for Enterprise customers working very closely in partnership with our Platform and core identity teams under the banner of “Auth0 Teams”.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with product architects, engineers, designers, and product leadership team to build and deliver the roadmap for Auth0 Teams, a centralized management UX framework for resources and contributing members.

Collaborate with technical leads in Auth0 Engineering to help drive technical decisions that match the Enterprise Management product goals.

Advocate for development plans for core services and non-functional areas which help increase our ability to deliver high-quality user experiences, simplifying adoption and use of Auth0 for large Enterprise customers.

Develop and share the systems and business metrics that help us illustrate progress towards our prioritized business goals.

Leverage research including direct customers, prospects, sales and support teams interaction to understand, collaborate, test hypothesis or assumptions on core business problems and requirements and better inform our product decisions.

Identify dependencies through the product unit and drive the meetings to collaborate and manage them effectively.

Evangelize and socialize best practices and how they solve the problems we face.

Design solutions that have iterative phases with a focus on regular delivery of incremental value.
You might be a good fit for this role if you:
-
Have 5+ experience in a leading technical role, with specifically 2+ years managing a product life cycle, ideally designing products that fit the needs for managing a SaaS solution at scale.

Are a systems thinker and are able to extrapolate and extend shared patterns and behaviours for common building blocks and help drive a longer-term architectural vision.

Can distill complex problems into precise, simple, and delightful solutions leveraging a good understanding of UX/UI design concepts.

Know how to drive the use of qualitative and quantitative data to back up your product decisions as well as suggest new research.
-
Are comfortable working in a remote environment.

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus:

Experience working with cross-functional teams building SaaS software in agile ways.

Advanced personal experience in using SaaS products under a larger scale enterprise setting to be able to articulate the good from the bad. We’d be eager to hear your examples.

An imaginative sense of dogfooding to accelerate outcomes.

Have experience working in a global remote-first organization.

A high degree of comfort with tools that we use on a daily basis: Github, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Slack, Lucid etc

Are a good communicator, and enjoy interacting with people.
