In this role, you’ll be instrumental in evolving our design system, enabling product teams to build consistent, accessible, and high-quality experiences at scale.

  • Governance & Contribution: Establish and maintain processes for contributions to the system, ensuring consistency and scalability across teams.
  • Documentation & Advocacy: Create clear, thorough documentation that guides designers and developers. Act as a design systems advocate across the company.
  • Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Contribute to the strategic vision of the design systems function.

  • Deep understanding of design principles, accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices.
  • Experience with Figma (components, libraries, tokens), Supernova, Storybook, or similar design system and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, React or similar frameworks) and the ability to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with design tokens and implementing them at scale.
  • Background in user research or testing design system usability.
  • Contribution to or maintenance of open-source design systems or component libraries.
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on high-impact systems that power the experience for millions of users.
